Try-On Session: Target Fall 2018

Target is one of my go-to spots for affordable fashion. It is super convenient to shop for clothes and shoes while I am there picking up other items like beauty and skin care products, toiletries, laundry detergent, home decor. All the things! You name it and Target’s got it!

For those looking to purchase, I typically wear a 4-6 or a Small/Medium and I am 6′ tall. Since I am tall and have a large bust, sometimes I size up for length or extra room. By purchasing through the links on my site or this blog post, you help support my small blogging business and allow me to continue to share styles and products that I love. Just click on the link below the photos. Thank you very much – your support means the world to me and helps me keep up with my side hustle!

I tried most of these things on at the store, but then when I got home I realized I had a few more recent purchases that I wanted to share as well. So there is a little mixture of things tried on at the store and some things I tried on at home. No of course I did not purchase everything I tried on. I don’t quite have the budget for that! Haha. I hope this post brings you a little bit of inspiration for your fall shopping and its all super affordable!! Enjoy!

From Target: Cardigan // Boots // Hat // Similar Camisole

Non-Target Items: Free People Jeans // Gucci Dupe Belt // Camisole

This cardigan is super soft! It fits oversized and I am wearing a small here. It also comes in a really pretty blush pink and also an olive green color that I am totally crushing on. Plus its only $20! These sock boots look much more expensive then they are . I was really impressed with the quality for being less than $40. They didn’t have my normal size and so I got a 1/2 size bigger and they fit great. I figured I can wear socks with them when it gets colder out! I love this hat and obviously needed it today since I am due to wash my hair! I linked a similar camisole. This brand runs big and I would wear a small or extra small.

Copper Camisole // Black Distressed Jeans

Okay you guys this camisole gave me ALL the heart eyes! They didn’t have a small in stock but I went ahead and tried on the medium just to show you guys how good this is! It is under $20 and would look so cute under a cardigan or leather jacket. These jeans are $20 and if i didn’t already have a pair identical to these, I would have bought them. I am wearing a 6 here but could have done a 4 for a tighter fit.

Leopard Top // Black Distressed Jeans

Another amazing top. This one is a bit sheer but with a nude bra no one can tell a thing. I love the puffy sleeve detail! This would be perfect for date night under a jacket for fall! Also I apologize, I have no idea what is smudged all over the mirror! This top runs TTS.

Pink Floyd Band Tee // Black Distressed Jeans // Denim Jacket

This tee is super soft. This is a small, but I would have sized up to a medium because I tend to like my tees a bit oversized. This jacket is SO cute on. I love the lighter wash. I’m wearing a small.

Plaid Dress

I LOVE this dress however it was a bit large in the hip area for me. I would have sized down to an X-small but I was afraid it would be too short. Its a stretchy soft material so that was a major bonus in my book. It looked so cute with the light wash denim jacket over and it would also pair super well with the black sock boots or a pair of sneakers!

White V-Neck // Striped Sweater // Distressed Jeans

I saw these jeans on another blogger and knew I had to get to Target to try them on. For $22 I thought, “no way can these look that cute in real life!” They really are though. I am wearing the 6 here which were a bit baggier and the 4 was more of tighter fit. These are super high waisted and the distressing is really flattering! I love it with the basic V neck or this striped off the shoulder top. This sweater was a tad big because all they had was a size large. I would do a medium for sure.

From Target: Dress // White Booties

Non-Target: Cardigan

I have been skeptical of the white ankle boot trend since last year. When I tried these on I hopped right on the bandwagon. These beauties are so comfortable and have a kitten heel. I love the way they look with this dress and can’t wait to pair them with some jeans. I know these are a trendier item but at this price point, I don’t feel guilty if they are out of style next year!

That is all for now! Thank you so much for hanging in there for the entire try-on session. I hope you found an item or two that you like! Let me know if this is something you all like seeing and I will be sure to do more of them. They are a lot of fun for me!
